Wayne LaPierre confirming what I have been saying for a while. Russian PM Putin threatened Bush after the Russian/Georgia conflict that he was not going to assist with the drug cartel violence on the Mexican border anymore.
This is payback for the Georgia conflict via the FSB/KGB
