I have been saying for the longest time that he was in Iran. I have also said many times that Iran and Russia BOTH masterminded 9/11. There have been many reports that Al qaeda's #2 man, Zawahiri's family was living in Iran soon after the 9/11 attacks for their safety.
The Sunni/Shiite feud was a cover...they staged it to kill and cause chaos.
